NOTES
1/ Deposits are £350 per person.
2/ Prices are based on the UK Pound/US Dollar rate of 1.40. The final price therefore, may be subject
to a 2.5% fluctuation (plus or minus).
3/ Your Travel Packs and final accounts will be sent to you at the beginning of September 2022.
BOOKING TERMS
1/ Other than a material price change, if you cancel your booking before final invoicing, you will forfeit your deposit
to cover airline cancellation charges as air seats are pre-paid.
2/ f you cancel your booking in writing after final payment, we reserve the right to apply the following cancellation
charges:
More than 56 days before departure date, deposit returned;
40-55 days before departure date, 30% cancellation charge;
22-39 days before departure date, 50% cancellation charge;
21 days to departure date or after, 100% cancellation charge.
3/ Insurance is strongly recommended - if you require assistance in securing this, please contact us and we can suggest
approved providers.
4/ Visas to enter Israel are granted automatically to British (EU) passport holders. Other nationalities may require a
visa, appropriate advice will be given.
5/ Passports must be valid for the dates of travel and for at least 6 months after the return date.
6/ At March 2022, there are no compulsory medical requirements to enter Israel but if this changes, you will be
advised.
7/ All prices are based on the exchange rate of the UK Pound to the US Dollar at 1.30. At the time of final invoicing if
the Pound has lost more than 5 points value against the stated currency, we may be obliged to impose a surcharge
and this would be reflected in your invoice.
